Three layers of Inspection

Basic assessment

All the finished work pieces undergo three layers of inspection before delivering to our customers. Our skillful technicians gauge the finished work pieces after machining. Electronic vernier caliper was used to measure to ensure it fits the requirement as in the drawing. The tolerance level of measurement is only 0.01mm. In the case where the work pieces do not fit the requirement, the rejected work pieces would be process again until customers’ requirement are met.

Professional examination

The finished work pieces would be sent to Quality Control (QC) department for detailed assessment . Third time examination would be done when finished work pieces undergo heat and surface treatment. The professional examination entails the skilled inspector in an inspection room within a fixed range of temperature to assess all the finished work piece with our advanced facilities to improve productivity.
